This amount was presented in relation to a case filed against Padi Kaushik Reddy for alleged violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Representation of the People Act during the 2023 Assembly elections.
BRS leaders get notices by maredipalli police:
BRS leaders Manne Krishank, Sai, and Sandeep were served notices by the Maredipalli police under Section 35(3) of the BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita) for allegedly putting up a hoarding against the Chief Minister within the cantonment limits. This incident is one of over 20 cases filed against Krishank in recent months and larger pattern of cases filed against BRS leaders, particularly Krishank, since the Congress government came to power in Telangana in December 2023. And many related to social media posts or protests critical of the current Congress government in Telangana.
Lagacharla farmers exempted from court appearance:
The Nampally Special PDPP Court has exempted former Kodangal MLA Patnam Narender Reddy and all the farmers who were illegally arrested in the Lagacharla Pharma land acquisition case from court appearance. Advocate Jakkula Laxman argued that the farmers who had to go to the fields were coming to the court for their daily work and that they should be exempted from court appearance. The judge gave orders exempting Patnam Narender Reddy and all the farmers from court appearance.The bail orders likely include conditions for future court appearances and cooperation with the investigation, stating that they should come after receiving summons from the court.

The Nampally court has dismissed a case filed by Bharat Rashtra Samithi Vidyarthi (BRSV) student leaders against Bahujan Students Federation (BSF) student leaders regarding allegedly inappropriate comments made about KCR in 2021. The case stemmed from a complaint lodged by BRSV activists after BSF student leaders reportedly made offensive remarks about KCR on his birthday in February 2021. The Nampally court recently issued an order dismissing the charges.Following the dismissal of the case, the BRSV student leaders confirmed the outcome and met with BRS executive president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) politely.

Anakapalle MP CM Ramesh has filed a complaint at Jubilee Hills Police Station alleging that BRS leader Gyadari Kishore made inappropriate comments. Based on this complaint, the police have issued notices to Kishore, on which he has today responded to the complaint filed by CM Ramesh against former Tungaturthi MLA Gyadari Kishore at Jubilee Hills Police Station under Section 35(3) and cooperated in the investigation. After the investigation, Kishore spoke to the media and alleged that the case registered against him was politically motivated and that the case was filed because he denied the allegations made by CM Ramesh.

We have filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime Police Station to take action against the Congress party's misinformation campaign against former minister Srinivas Goud in the Jubilee Hills by-election.
